Article on the applicability of the Dutch Data Protection Act 

The Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens (Wbp) [ Dutch Data Protection Act] provides rules concerning the scope of the Act. In the Dutch Journal on Computer Law (Computerrecht) 2008/3 Ms E.M.L. Moerel asserted that in view of the wording of article 4(1) of the Act a fundamental discussion of the question when the Wbp applies is possible. In Computerrecht 2008/6 Ms M.A.H.
