you have a question on the subject of privacy, you
can send us an e-mail.
You can also call the telephone service (Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday from 9:00 hours to 12:00 hours)
to have your questions answered by a legal consultant.
Please consider the following:
- By telephone or e-mail you will get only general
information on the standards and rules for the protection
of personal data.
- If your question should be answered by another
organisation, the Dutch DPA will refer you.
- In case your question is more complicated the Dutch
DPA will ask you to present your question in writing.
If you send your question by e-mail the Dutch DPA
will answer in writing.
- Not all requests for information will be taken
up. The Dutch DPA will consider whether answering
your question will contribute to the compliance with
the standards and rules for the protection of personal
data. This can be the case if your question affects
a wider social context.
Complaints and Mediation
Complaints on the processing
of your personal data or requests for mediation by
the Dutch DPA should be lodged in writing. When receiving
complaints or requests for mediation the Dutch DPA shall
verify whether all statutory requirements have been complied
with and if there is enough reason to take up your complaint
