Whereas We took into consideration that it is necessary to implement Directive no. 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union dated 23 November 1995 relating to the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and relating to the free movement of these data (PbEG L 281);
In view of Section 10(2) and (3) of the Constitution;
We, having heard the Council of State, and in joint consultation with the States General, have approved and understood, as We approve and understand the following:
